We take great care in packaging our chocolate and coated products to help protect them during transit, especially in warmer weather. Because these items are sensitive to heat, they may soften or melt depending on temperatures during shipping or after delivery. During warmer months, you may also consider selecting an expedited shipping option to help reduce time in transit.

If your order arrives warm or the coating has softened, we recommend placing the unopened bars (still in their packaging) in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This will help them return to a solid state without affecting their quality or nutritional value. While the shape may change slightly, they’ll still taste just as scrumptious!
